

Woolworths is committed to delivering the Rose Bay community a high quality mixed-use retail and residential project that creates local jobs, convenient retail and housing.
To progress this delivery we are exploring appropriate partners to deliver the development including the supermarket and new residential apartments at 488-492 Old South Head Road and 30 Albemarle Ave, Rose Bay. This involves undertaking an on-market process, that would see the development proposal delivered by a developer with Woolworths having a long term lease in place to operate the Supermarket.

The property is located on the corner of Old South Head Road and Albemarle Avenue and includes the former Caltex Service Station.
We have progressed our proposal for a retail and residential project in close consultation with the community and Council, designed for Rose Bay village, underpinned by the pillars of convenience, quality and sustainability.
