What is the purpose of the Planning Proposal?
The purpose of the Planning Proposal is to seek approval for revised planning controls to deliver our vision for Rose Bay being a project that respond to the needs of Rose Bay community with convenience, quality and community in mind.
The retail and residential project will be integrated and design led, ensuring a high quality architectural design that responds considerately to its urban setting and gives back to the community with usable open space, new housing and a retail experience that responds to the local community's needs. The project will be highly respectful of the existing residents and ensure the design response draws on their requirements.
